This post will not make you a millionaire by this time next year, but if you have a savings goal in mind or a birthday, Christmas or holiday coming up, they are all definitely worth doing. They don’t take me very long each day and I would only be aimlessly scrolling or playing games on my phone anyway.
I do a few survey apps, a good one to have on your radar is prolific if they are taking on new people, especially if you are on a computer a lot, because you can keep the browser button and tab open and get notified of studies as they become available. You can easily earn £30-100 extra in a week this way. These are the next best apps I do:
- Vypr – quick and easy questions, refresh the app for more to appear through the day, I check it a couple of times a day, £5 cash or voucher on getting to 10000 points. Download via apple or android store.
- Yougov – surveys and opinion polls often used in current affairs and when you get to 5000 points you get £50 directly into your bank account.
- Appinio – quick and easy polls and surveys, once you get to £10 you can cash out to PayPal, Amazon or others.
- Attapoll – surveys worth different cash amounts, get to £10 to cash out. You get £0.40 credit when you sign up using my referral link here.
- New vista live – surveys often only work on desktop but some on mobile, when you get to the points threshold you can get a £50 voucher, last time I got a tesco one which was very useful.
- Mistplay – download and play games to get points to convert into Amazon, PayPal or other store vouchers.
- Shoppix – I snap receipts, forward e-receipts to the app and get points to redeem as vouchers or money. Search android or apple store.
- Top cashback – If I buy anything online I go through top cashback to get points.
- Swagbucks – you can earn points for vouchers or money by answering surveys, searching the Internet, watching videos, shopping through their store links.
Doing all those I have saved £150 for Christmas in 3 months and have £50 in Amazon vouchers. My biggest earner is Blogging, but that’s now my job rather than my side hustle so I haven’t included it in this list. If you’d like to know more about how I make money Blogging, take a look at this post on how to start a money-making blog. I work part-time as a nurse 15 hours a week but I actually earn more by Blogging, doing fewer hours than that per week. You don’t start off earning that money, but it is possible to start earning fairly quickly.
